“ Ordered take out from here recently to try out some new Thai in the area - everything was delicious! Loved the pad Thai, pad see ew, lemongrass shrimp and cashew nut stir fry. All dishes were so flavorful and delicious. Would absolutely order again or dine in some time! Recommend for great Thai in the Venice area!! ”
“ Good food full of flavors. Large menu. We always order to go so can't comment on service or the interior. So far all orders were correct. ”
“ Probably the best Thai noodles I've ever had in America. No exaggeration. I've only been a few times but every time has been amazing. It's always the small hidden places that make the best food. ”
“ This place is great - solid Thai food at a good price. We live nearby but only recently tried it. We've now eaten in or ordered 5 times and it's our go-to. ”
“ The pad see ew and spring rolls were so good!! I loved the vibe and that it was so easy to park and walk up to the restaurant. When I put in my order and was told the time it would take for my meal to be completed so i left my home so I would get there right on the dot and I was so happy to see my food was ready and waiting for me. I will definitely be returning! :) ”
“ Went here on a Sunday night for our first time. It was not crowded. The dining area was clean and tidy. Not too much decor. Very casual relaxing setting. The cashier/server was friendly. We ordered the crying tiger and chicken pad see ew. Crying tiger was had a chargrill smoky flavor. The ends were crispy. There was some fat but like the perfect amount where it adds flavor and not overwhelming. The chicken pad see ew was tasty. Wasn't knock yourself out of the chair like the crying tiger, but it was good. There's a few parking spots in the alley behind. I'm definitely coming back. We paid about $40 +tip (2 dishes and a can of coke). ”
“ I visited this restaurant for a work lunch for the first time. We came around noon and the wait was non-existent. Our waitress was very friendly and answered questions about the menu. This place is a gem that we would call (back home in TX) a whole in a wall. A small, quaint space with not much to look around. I order the Pad Thai lunch special with added broccoli (+$2). This came with a vegetable roll and petite salad. Our food came out hot and delicious! I had zerooooo complaints and would definitely be back to visit! ”
“ A great first impression. Star of Siam is a diamond in the rough of Lincoln Blvd. This hole in the wall eatery can be easily overlooked, but I'd highly recommend stepping outside of your comfort zone and giving it a shot. The interior is adorably decorated, a cozy space with great lighting and tight seating. They also have a decent number of parking spots on the backend of the restaurant, a rarity in Venice Beach. I ordered their Orange Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. I loved the sweetness level and the crispiness of the Orange Chicken. The Chicken Fried Rice was made with Hainan chicken, which was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking for Asian food in LA. ”
